I’ve tried countless eyeliners over the years but this one is hands down great for the price and size. It truly lives up to the hype — it glides on effortlessly with its precise felt-tip applicator, making winged liner almost foolproof (even on rushed mornings).The pigment is a deep, rich black that doesn’t fade, flake, or smudge — even after a full day of work, workouts, and summer humidity. It dries quickly and stays put all day long without transferring to my lids or under-eyes. As someone with oily lids and watery eyes, that’s a rare win.Plus, the waterproof claim? Totally legit. I’ve cried, sweated, and even gotten caught in the rain — and this liner didn’t budge.The only small downside is that you’ll need a good makeup remover (an oil-based one works best), but that’s a small trade-off for the staying power it delivers.If you’re hunting for a reliable, long-lasting eyeliner that won’t let you down, this is the one.

TL;DR - 100% recommend! This is waterproof, even in the swimming pool & sets quickly (but can be smudged if you're quick). Best pencil liner (sharpenable) and stays in the water line!I'm a light-medium skin tone & brunette (natural black), which makes me high contrast and therefore only interested in the deepest black mascara and eyeliner. Both must be waterproof and easy to take off when I decide and this checks every box for me. At this price point, I'm able to keep several on hand so I'm never without it. (:I adore this liner and would easily buy it at triple the price, it's just that good. It's one of the darkest black liners I've come across and at a 6th of the price of others, this has earned its place in my makeup bag to say the least. I keep two "emergency liners" under my sink & once the one in my makeup bag gets small, I throw it in my purse just in case.On a casual day, if my eyebrows are clean (waxed/plucked) & I have this liner in my upper waterline, I feel put together enough to leave the house without any other makeup on. I have medium brown eyes and a black limbal ring but the contrast is much more noticeable when I wear this liner, so I'm fully addicted.On multiple occasions, I've been swimming (I'm talking fully submerged, diving, and rough play for hours) on a 100+ degree day and it's still hanging on by night. Unless I scrub at it with a towel (which hurts, so don't lol) or use a cleansing oil/ makeup remover, it's hanging on through almost anything.I highly recommend this to anyone looking for staying power and doesn't mind sharpening a pencil liner.

This is my favorite pencil, waterproof however this pencil does not sharpen well you waste a lot , think it might be the seller this time. It seemed softer and the pencil wasn't consistent to sharpen. I have never had this issue with this pencil before. This is why I gave it 4 stars this time.

This eyeliner goes on easily, stays put all day, and doesn’t smudge—even with my allergy-prone eyes. Bold color, waterproof, and super comfortable to wear. Love it! Only one I use!

This is by far my favorite pencil eyeliner. It’s glides so nicely. It’s the only liner that I use. However this purchase I noticed it is not water proof in fact it’s smudging like crazy. To the people saying it doesn’t sharpen, it does…it’s probably your sharpener that’s the problem. Sharpeners get dull. Mine sharpens perfectly. Most of these reviews are for the retractable twist eyeliner in which this is not. My only complaint is that I wanted waterproof and it’s not waterproof. It used to be but it isn’t now. It states that it is when it isn’t.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased 5 of these. I first found it at Walmart and got it just because. But this stays on ALL DAYI was shocked. I can put it on at 6:30am work all day go to the gym come home look in the mirror and it’s still on like it was at 6:30am. When I went back to 4 Walmarts they were out then online they were expensive. I must have gotten the first one on sale. But found them MUCH cheaper on here.

I love this eye pencil, it goes on very nice. Very smooth. BUT it’s really a waste of money because you cannot sharpen it. You can only use it for a short period of time when you try to sharpen it. It falls apart. Manufacture and needs to figure this out.
