This roller is a life-changer. I go to the chiropractor less often now, saving a ton of money. I use it to stretch my neck & back, massage knots out of muscles, and to crack my back like a chiropractor. I bought the 18 inch one & am very, very happy. My gym has a fancier version that I like better, but that one costs about $60. I think I paid $16 or $18 (I forget now?), and it is a dream come true. At first I thought it was too big (the round part), but I learned to love the size. It's very firm, but not like concrete so it won't break your back.

My chiropractor has me roll from waist to shoulders with arms above my head the whole time. You can hear the vertebrae cracking all the way up. Feels great! Durable, no wear after years. Holds shape, small enough to store in a corner of the room. Even 9 year old uses it for random imagination stuff lol

What can I say...it is a roller that rolls...works fine.

It is a bit hard for me as a beginner in body rolling, but it is extremely well made and I have had no issues with it flaking or leaving parts of the roller after use, even when another fooling around walking on it across the floor.it works to remove tightness and I can find areas to work on super easily with this.

I love the size and can use it for multiple stretching exercises. The roller is very firm and I do wish it had just a little give.

This foam roller is a perfect fit. It has both comfort and functionally to help relive pain in more ways than one. Using pressure with this roller creates comfort within the body of relief. It’s dense and light which creates a nice comfort as well.The only thing I noticed was that is 23 1/2” long not 24” long but who’s counting right?

I was hesitant on what size to buy, not sure if I should have bought size 24 inch or 36 inch but I got it today. I love it perfect to work on my sciatic problem to stretch my tight glutes. Thank you !!!
