Q: Can this be used under resin/epoxy?

This can be used on virtually any medium. Google using it on resin

Q: Does it rub off over time, if applied on drawer handles?

I have not used it on draw handles but I would say yes it will. I have used it on numerous items and after a while I have to reapply.

Q: Can I use a clear sealant on top of this product? I don’t want it coming off when touched.

It should be fine as long as it’s NOT something that will be in contact with food or drink.

Q: Will this come off on clothes once it is buffed and dried?

Hello! I am not sure if you are referring to product that accidentally came into contact with cloth or was purposefully applied, but we can answer both! Because Rub 'N Buff is a wax based product it would not be recommended for use on clothing except for display. Because of the wax content, heat and moisture from your body can reactivate the pigment and cause transferring and softening. To remove Rub 'n Buff from carpeting or clothing, first scrape away any excess Rub 'n Buff from the surface. Apply dish soap at full strength by working it in with your fingers. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Then for clothes, simply wash as normal. For carpets using a clean rag and clear, warm water, begin removing the cleaner and product. Rinse frequently. You may have to repeat this procedure more than once to completely clean the area. NOTE: Do not use cleaners that contain solvents as these may cause the Rub 'n Buff to disperse into the carpet padding..
