I use them as coffee creamer. The protein helps to not get a buzz from caffeine. I was looking for something low carb since I am diabetic. I tried these and they were great. I've used them every since. I order two boxes every month. They are delivered to my door,which is nice I don't have to put in and out of shopping cart or car. There were 12 in a box and heavy to go out and buy. There are delicious other flavors,try them all, I do enjoy.

I buy these for my son for easy on the go breakfasts. He loves the flavor, the size is just right for a quick breakfast, and it doesn't have the smell some protein shakes do. Definitely recommend.

Use these in smoothies, along with a little apple juice. Good way to get extra protein. Great flavor. Expiration date was 9 months away, at time of purchase. Easy open lid that can be closed again.

I really like this vanilla flavor. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg or other spices to give it some zest. It’s like my morning treat to curb my sweet tooth. And because it’s vanilla there’s no caffeine so if I want to have one later in the day I don’t have to worry about the caffeine stimulation that you would get from a chocolate flavored one.

I buy this product often. It tastes good and is a good start to my am. Nice consistency, able to add to coffee or drink alone. Not to thick or clumpy.

My very favorite protein shake and I buy them again and again because they are so delicious, have vitamins & protein and are easy to grab on the go. They keep my hunger at bay and I’m so glad I discovered them long ago. There are always at least 10 of them in my refrigerator.
