I have been suffering with undiagnosed Oedema in both of my feet for a few years and they are extremely swollen most of the time. These shoes have been an absolute life saver and pretty much the only footwear I have been able to use in this time.Having worn them every day for just over a year they are still going strong so the build quality is great and I will be purchasing another pair soon. Highly recommend these.

2nd Pair iv'e ordered from Amazon, shoe size 14 UK X-Wide, Black, but on shoe Label it just says UK 14. They do fit but tight on the heel, as it curves inwards quite a lot, so really 'grips' the heel.However, a great shoe, good style, with wide top opening, easy to use with strong Velcro type closure.Good for men like me with feet problems.

Why did you choose this product over others?:The main reason I chose these shoes is I suffer with back problems. I can easily get them on and off due to the wide opening of the shoes and the velcro fastener is excellent.

I have extremely swollen feet, I am unable to get any shoe to fit.However I came across these and ordered 10.5 X-Wide I'm sending them back and I've ordered 10.5 wide because there's so much room in them.They are very comfortable and II know when the 10.5 wide come they will fit like a glove.I'm so pleased I've found these (thank you Amazon) please if you are like me are wearing sandals and pulling them tight over the swelling, then these are the answer to a prayer.I don't usually leave reviews but I am totally made up with this product.

I brought these for my dad who has Parkinson’s and extremely swollen feet. They are true to size and wide enough for him BUT unfortunately my father shuffles when walking and the design of the fastening for these shoes ie 2 Velcro fastenings for each shoe; has resulted in the velcro rubbing against each other on the inside of each foot. This makes the fastenings come undone and has also marked my fathers trousers. So overall if you need shoes for swollen feet these are good but if your mobility is restricted and your leg movement is not so fluid when walking the style of fastening is useless.
