I wish they were a bit softer
While these have helped keep my knees (and sometimes hips) from hurting when doing certain yoga poses, they are just a tad too firm. I would really like these too be a little bit thicker, and have a little more squish to them, since I have really sensitive joints. However, they do provide some pain relief and they are easy to pack in my gym bag.

These yoga pads are great for other scenarios too. Like when you need to kneel on floor and look under bed, under sofa. Great for people with bad knees where kneeling is tough.They are comfortable, durable, easy to handle.Glad I got them!

Instant Knee Relief
I didn't even know this product existed until my friend posted on her FB page that she loves them and helps her knee pain. I needed to start exercising but I have bad knees so I thought I'd give these a try. They work amazing! It has the right thickness and it's the perfect size for my knees. It provides the support so when I need to exercise and be on my knees, I have no pain any longer. This was a wonderful purchase I made and if you have any pain, I would suggest buying this. It could be used for many things. Not just exercise but for yard work or if you have something to do around the house that you need to be on your knees like cleaning the bathtub or organizing a cabinet. These are definite knee savers. Not going to lie, love the color too!

Very handy to take in your gym bag
Love the cushion for my knees but they are slippery when you sweat.

Big, soft and thick
It's actually better than what I expected. Big, soft and thick. It protects my knees from hurting while doing yoga classes. My body weight is to the big side so every time when I do poses with knees on the mat, my knees suffer a great amout of pressure as a result of which it hurts badly. But with this pair of knee pads, I do not need to worry about that problem anymore. Will recommend it to my friends as well.
