Perfect Protein Snack for Any Pantry
I recently ordered the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water, 3.75 oz Can (Pack of 12), and I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase! As someone who loves a quick, healthy snack or meal option, these wild-caught sardines have quickly become a staple in my pantry. The taste is fantastic—clean, mild, and not overly fishy, which I really appreciate since they’re packed in water. It lets the natural flavor of the sardines shine through without any heavy oils or sauces overpowering them. They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious!Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. The 3.75 oz cans are just the right size for a single serving, and the pack of 12 means I’m stocked up for weeks. I also love that they come in a nice, sturdy box, so you don’t have to store them loosely in your cupboard unless you want to—it keeps everything neat and organized, which is a thoughtful touch. The cans are easy to open with a pull-tab, and I’ve had no issues with leaks or damage during shipping—everything arrived in perfect condition. One thing I love is how versatile they are. Whether I’m eating them plain, adding them to a recipe, or packing them for a quick on-the-go protein boost, they always hit the spot. Plus, the price per can is a steal for the quality and nutrition you’re getting.I don’t have any real complaints—these sardines are exactly what I hoped for. If you’re a sardine fan or just looking for a healthy, no-fuss snack, the Beach Cliff Sardines in Water are a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be reordering this pack.

Good for Doomsday Prepping
I bought two cases of these sardines after a certain 'incident' between the US & another country. I've eaten this brand of sardines before and they're wonderful. It couldn't hurt to have a couple of cases in the house, just in case. They're shelf-stable, non-perishable, don't require cooking, and they can be eaten by people, cats, or dogs. This is a great price for so many sardines!

Supreme Sardines!
I consider myelf a sardine connoisseur. I eat them several times a week, I convection bake them in an iron skillet with olive oil and pepper. These sardines are supremely delicious!!! I can easily eat 3 cans in one setting. There are actually whole fishes in the can and not a bunch of scrap broken pieces like another brand I purchased on here with the initials B B. Those were horrible. The beach cliff brand I'm so impressed with and very happy eating my sardines, sardines are so healthy loaded with good fats and lots of vitamins. I truly love sardines they are probably one of my favorite foods ever! Happy sardine eating all!

Good for You
I bought these sardines because the price was so low and you can hardly find cheaper protein. The sardines are a somewhat unpleasant texture and the mustard sauce ain't great either. I did find that dumping a can onto a plate of plain spaghetti actually made a good, tasty meal -- enhancing the flavor and texture of everything. Ultimately, it's a good value if you use it under the right circumstances.UPDATE: I'd like to note that eating small fish is one of the most responsible environmental and ethical ways to enjoy animal protein, which sardines are packed full of. After a few tins of this mustard sauce variety over spaghetti, I've boosted it to 4 stars because of all the benefits and good value.

VERY GOOD TASTING SARDINES IN WATER
I tried my first can of these sardines in water and I liked it very much. It is good tasting and I will reorder. The can was easy to open which is a plus. I drained the water from the can before eating. It's a small amount of sardines, which I think is meant to add to a salad or have it as a sandwich. Trying to improve my diet with a healthier option.

Great sardines at a good price!
These are great quality sardine at a good price. I use them as a topping for my dogs to help with their coat and it's really helped.

Value sardines, easy to use, but only fair taste.
The sardines are low cost sardines, that are good for adding to a meal, but this oil packed sardines don’t have a ton of flavor as compared to other sardines. There are other versions in this brand, such as the hot sauce version, that I would recommend over this one. But if you like a more mellow taste, and like adding some fish to your diet, this is a great way to do so. I did not find these very salty.I thought the sardines in the cans I had were a fair size, and did not have an excess oil to fish ratio. While I might get these again if they are a sale of some point, I think personally I’m going to get the hot sauce version if all possible. That is more to my liking.Like all sardines and fish in a can, the smoke and be a bit strong, but as you’re eating that it doesn’t really bother you. But I would recommend going in the washing out the can for your plate right away, so the smell dissipates from your house. I always find the smell more bothersome after you eat the food, then when you’re actually eating sardines or other fish type things.

Excellent flavor
Delicious!! I put the sardines and mustard sauce on top of my sticky rice and it was so good. Its healthy, not many calories and has a good amount of protein. Sardines are not a popular fish, but I love eating this brand/type of fish
