Nothing works like the Original. The taste is great and it works fast. Gets the job done for me and my family.

I don't know that any over-the-counter antacid works better than this. The capacity of this simple medicine to instantly (within seconds) quell acidic stomach and heartburn is unparalleled, especially when you compare it to dry antacids like Tums or Rolaids.This is a really large pack with a good per-unit price which should last a long time.Note that this also contains aspirin, which was added presumably to deal with headaches or other aches and pains which might result from overindulgence.Also note that this has a strong taste: like very salty seltzer water (people on low sodium diets, take note). I recommend using very cold water; it will take longer to dissolve and effevesce, but it will be much more drinkable.Also note that the white powder at the bottom can be left there (and it tastes horrible anyway); the medicine is in the water.

This has and always will be the best seltzer. I only 4-6 oz. of water and drink after it dissolves fully, I then sit straight up in a chair until I feel better.
