Built well and band is sufficiently heavy...no cheap. Used for PT stretching. Works great! Just like the bands at my PT doctor's office.

I bought this after ACL surgery to use for physical therapy exercises. It has been a huge help in getting my range of motion back. After 2 months of use it has shown no signs of wear. I have multiple exercises that I use it for and it is perfect.

This is a very good strap. The reason I gave it a four is because the label is right in the center so if you have to put your foot in it, one side of the strap is going to be shorter than the other side period. I’ve used it for a long time and have had no problems with that and it’s a really sturdy strap. Good quality.

This is a great add to my surgery recovery. It definitely helps to stretch out my calves and allows me the versatility of continuing my PT at home. The different straps her to insure I have different stretches available. It also comes with a handy stretching guide. It rolls up fairly small and can be used for travel as well.

I’ve been using this strap at hone for physical therapy and hot yoga while I’m recovering from knee surgery. It’s hot yoga so I wash it every time I use it. it works great and holds up well. It’s like new still. Worth every penny and color is great too. The photo shows after 10 washings.

These straps seem well made and seem strong enough to last a long time. I use them often and love how they brighten up and match the other components in my yoga space. My big feet actually fit into the straps and are easy to hold without stress on my hands. The straps are comfortable, even with bare feet, don't stretch out of shape and are long enough for my 5'8" body. I feel like getting two for what some stores might charge for one, is a good value for me. If I ever needed another set, I would order these again.
