I have been using this product for about six months and it has definitely helped with digestion. I quit taking it to a little while and noticed my bloating feelings returned. It is a little expensive but I think it is worth it not to have a bloated stomach.

Item came late and was quite warm to the touch. Not sure how this affects a prebiotic, just hope it's ok. Previously I tried a different Florastor product and was satisfied with delivery and product effectiveness.
