Best quality lip liner
This lip liner was true to color and went on smooth and easily. It did not bleed into any lines. It is without a doubt the best lip liner I have used in decades and I have tried many. You can’t beat this price either!

Long-Lasting Color, but Unsure About Sharpening
I really like this lip liner — the shade “Cross the Line” is beautiful, and it lasts surprisingly well even after eating and drinking. It glides on smoothly and doesn’t feel drying at all. My only complaint is that there are no instructions, so I’m not sure if it twists up or needs sharpening. Still, a great formula that wears comfortably all day.
